Retrieves the current BSV balance for the wallet.

Result

Local balance in satoshis and BSV with a UTXO count, or the sponsored balance in Droplit mode.

Permissions

Requires the configured wallet or identity context. Wallet read permissions apply; this handler does not request a payment.

Also available through wallet_read in compact mode.
