Show server version, configured network, wallet availability, backend URLs, live 1Sat modules and any persistent Vault migration warning. Does not request keys, sign, sync or spend. Backend modules do not imply MCP tools or sponsor approval.

## Result

Server, wallet and backend status as JSON text. Service checks can be disabled with checkServices=false.

## Permissions

No spending approval is requested by this handler. Public network lookups can still fail or require a compatible service.
